For products which are sold byTranfa and warranted by the technical maintenance department, we apply the following warranty policy:

Warranted Products:

All warranty products ensure the following conditions of warranty acceptance:

– Products provided by Tranfa with full documents, invoices, warranty information.

– The warranty period of the product is still valid.

To find out if the product is still in the return period or the manufacturer’s warranty period, please review the purchase invoice or contact our company’s warranty support.

None warranted products:

The company will not accept product warranty if one of the following cases:

– The following products are not eligible for warranty: hit by lightning, vandalism, chemical effects, unstable power source, fire, electric shock.

– Operation is wrong compared to the company’s manual.

– Product is no longer intact or deformed.

– The warranty stamp on the product, which is attached by the company or the manufacturer when being sold is no longer available or torn

– The product has been repaired and parts have been replaced.

– The company can still accept repairs or replacements for customers at the request of customers, but will charge for such repairs.
